James Sportster came to us about three months ago and he proceeded to immediately tear it dow. The only thing we've used so far from the original bike is the Motor and Tranny, and about 1/2 of the frame.  We cut the back half of the frame off for a hardtail conversion to allow us a 200 rear.   James has made a gas tank and handle bars.  We didn't like the seat ride height, so we cut the top arms loose, bent them down, and welded them in.  Here's some pictures to show progress of the mock up-We're trying to get this build mocked up for the Smoke Out in October.
